HOW CAN AN APP HELP ME LEARN A SPORT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE PLAYED ON A FIELD WITH 11 PLAYERS IN EACH TEAM?

A footballer needs to perform necessary skills under the pressure of a competitive match. However, one needs to learn such skills in an isolated environment first before achieving the proficiency to perform under moderate pressure (on-field training) and full pressure (match). Additionally, isolated workouts can help achieve and maintain one's technical sharpness and physical fitness levels during pre-season, holidays or breaks.

Finally, technology like enJogo can also be used to improve a player's understanding and knowledge of the game in terms of concepts, strategies and rules.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PACKAGES THAT I CAN SUBSCRIBE FOR?

There are three packages available for subscription: Pro, Master and Legend. Pro will give you complete access to In-app Workouts and Plans in the enJogo app. Master includes Live Online Coaching along with In-app Workouts and Plans. Legend includes everything in Master plus On-field Coaching at BBFS training centres and Competitive Matches.

CAN ENJOGO HELP ME BECOME A PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLER?

Drill is an individual exercise that needs to be performed in one go.

enJogo can help you to work on your individual skills, fitness levels and track your progress. Ideally, workouts with enJogo should be supplemented with on-field training and competitive matches with a good academy team.

In addition to these, becoming a professional football player also depends on a lot of other variables such as opportunities, luck, perseverance etc. so it is very difficult to predict the same. However, training under proper guidance and environment can take you forward in that direction.

Plan is a sequence/schedule of multiple Workouts over several weeks designed specifically to achieve certain goal(s).
